These Terms of Use govern your use of the SubSub iOS application and this website. By using SubSub, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
SubSub is a personal organization tool that helps you record subscriptions, estimate recurring costs, review expected charges, and schedule reminders. It does not connect to your bank, cancel subscriptions for you, move money, or provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing actual invoices, renewal notices, and account terms from each subscription provider. Forecasts and reminders depend on the dates, amounts, currencies, and schedules you provide and may not reflect taxes, price changes, exchange rates, failed notifications, or provider changes.
3. License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms and Apple's applicable rules, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SubSub on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the app or website except where applicable law expressly permits it.
4. Free and premium access
SubSub may offer a free tier with limits and premium features through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time lifetime purchase. Features, limits, and localized prices shown in the App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase control over examples shown elsewhere.
5. Auto-renewing subscriptions
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. An auto-renewing subscription renews unless you cancel it through your Apple Account settings before the end of the current billing period. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment issues under its terms. Removing the SubSub app does not cancel an active App Store subscription.
6. Lifetime purchase
A lifetime purchase is a one-time purchase that unlocks the premium features offered for that product in the version of SubSub then available. It does not guarantee that the app, every feature, or compatibility with future operating systems will be available forever.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features to improve SubSub, respond to platform changes, or meet legal requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including delivery of notifications or availability of App Store services.
8. Intellectual property
SubSub, its design, code, and original content are owned by the developer or its licensors. Third-party names and logos that may appear as selectable subscription identifiers belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
9. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubSub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. You remain responsible for paying, changing, or cancelling subscriptions directly with their providers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost savings, missed cancellations, renewal charges, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use SubSub.
11. Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and any applicable Apple standard end user license agreement. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for SubSub except as required by law.
12. Changes and contact
